These cover most of what comes in.
Give it half an hour — every question is asked several times on every engine, and the biggest plans take longest. The page refreshes itself and you’ll get an email when it’s done. Still running after an hour? Send us the report ID.
Possibly. Extraction is automated and can miscount or miss an unusual phrasing — which is why every verbatim answer is in your report. Open the question, read what the engine actually said, and if our reading is wrong, send it over and we’ll correct it.
Check the “Every question we asked” section, and the top of the report for skipped engines. A failed engine is reported as skipped, never counted against you — so a zero across working engines is a real finding, and an uncomfortable one.
Yes. If the report failed, produced nothing usable, or you think the measurement is wrong, you get your money back — no argument. Pick “I’d like a refund” and include the report ID. Full policy.
Re-running is a fresh report. Give it a few weeks — the web has to change before the engines do, so running again the next day mostly measures noise.
Yes, that’s what it’s for. Anyone with the link can read it, so treat it as public and share it deliberately.
Wondering how the numbers are produced? How it works.
