Refund policy

Last updated 23 August 2026

You're paying for a measurement. If the measurement is broken, useless, or wrong, you shouldn't be out of pocket for it — so the policy is short.

You get a full refund, no argument, if:

  • — The report failed to finish.
  • — Every engine was skipped, so there was nothing to measure.
  • — You checked the verbatim answers in your report and our reading of them is wrong in a way that changes the conclusion.
  • — You were charged twice, or charged for a report you never received.

Ask within 30 days of purchase via the support page, include the report ID, and the refund goes back to your card.

What isn't a refund reason

A low score. If the engines genuinely don’t recommend you, that is the product working. It is the finding you paid to learn, and it is the uncomfortable one.

Results changing later. Every report is a dated snapshot. These systems are non-deterministic and the web moves; a different answer next month is expected, not a defect.

Disagreeing with the fix list. It’s advice derived from your data, not a guarantee that acting on it will change your score.

If you're not sure

Write anyway. Describe what looks wrong and we’ll go and read the stored answers with you. If we got it wrong, you get your money back and we fix the bug.
